We're looking for an experienced Senior BDM to work closely with the CEO to take the lead in
driving broker relationships and originating new lending opportunities to support their
ambitious growth plans. This is not just a typical BDM role, this is a strategic hire, where you will
play an integral part in helping to shape the success of the busienss and you'll have the chance
to shape the origination function, build your own team over time, and progress into a leadership
role as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Originate new bridging and short-term property finance business via your broker and
introducer network
• Manage deals from enquiry through to completion in close collaboration with internal
stakeholders.
• Act as a brand ambassador building awareness and trust in the market
• Develop and implement your own strategy for growing a broker base and pipeline of
deals
• Provide exceptional service to introducers and clients, ensuring a high level of repeat
business
• Contribute insights to product development and market positioning as the company
evolves
• Lead with vision, this role is the first step in a journey toward leading and growing a
high-performing sales team
About You:
• Proven experience originating property finance business (bridging, development, or
specialist lending)
• Strong broker network in the North with the desire to continue to build on this.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a startup-style environment
• Ambitious and driven with leadership aspirations.
• Confident managing deals from enquiry to funding, hands-on and solutions focused.
• Strong communicator, good relationship builder, and team collaborator.
• Able to spot and act on new market opportunities and shape commercial strategy.
