We are looking to recruit a full-time Selective Soldering Operator to work in our busy manufacturing & production area. Responsibilities Assembling components Running and loading the Selective Soldering machine Checking components Reworking boards Machine maintenance where applicable Skills, Experience and Person Specification Soldering experience would be an advantage Ability to follow instructions and diagrams Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy Must be reliable, conscientious and hard working Good manual dexterity Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is desirable Ability to work as part of a team Job Specification Specifics Working hours Monday to Thursday 14.00 – 22.00 with 30 minutes for lunch, Friday 13.00 – 20.00 with 30 minutes for lunch. 24 days holiday, in addition to bank holidays, increasing with the years of service.
