About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychology Teacher to join our thriving department at a reputable secondary school in Waltham Forest, East London. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by imparting your knowledge and passion for psychology at KS4 and KS5 levels.
Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging and stimulating psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students
* Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies aligned with the school's curriculum and assessment plans
* Assessing student progress and providing personalized feedback to enhance their learning outcomes
* Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment
* Contributing to the department's ongoing professional development initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Psychology
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching psychology at KS4 and KS5 levels
* Strong understanding of the latest psychological theories and methodologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enthusiasm for inspiring and motivating students
