We have been a member of the Outwood Family since 2009, and in our 2023 Ofsted inspection the academy was graded Good in all categories. The inspection noted ‘the school has a supportive and caring culture. Staff build warm and friendly relationships with pupils. Pupils achieve their full potential. Staff are proud to work at the school’. We offer a holistic education that makes learning stimulating, engaging and enjoyable for every student. The inspectors were equally complimentary about our sixth form provision, with a wide range of courses on offer; including A Levels, vocational qualifications and T-levels. If you share our vision, join our family. As a Site Supervisor, you will work as part of a team to ensure the provision of a high quality environment is achieved throughout the Academy. You will be responsible for ensuring the buildings are secure, tidy and fit for purpose. Your duties will work in line with health and safety requirements to maintain the school grounds and take remedial action where hazards are identified. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of site maintenance or a related trade. Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths or a relevant qualification or demonstrable experience of the required knowledge and skills that will be tested at interview. Working hours will include evening and occasional weekend work but full training and support will be given to the right candidate. 37 hours - 6 am to 2pm, Monday to Thursday and 6am to 130pm Fridays / 11.30am to 7pm Monday, 11am to 7pm Tuesday to Friday When completing your application, please give due regard to the attached Job Description and Person Specification.
