We require a receptionist and business support assistant to cover our busy reception office.
This is a front facing role and you will be the first point of contact for the Harbour Authority. You will need to be able to use Microsoft and understand administrative procedures. The role is responsible for answering emails, telephone calls and face to face contact responding to a wide range of enquiries for internal and external stakeholders.
You will support the Office Manager and Business Support Officer with routine procedures, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with local guidance and legislation. You will be required to process administrative and financial transactions.
