We are seeking a specialist HR Business Partner (Compliance) to lead and assure our organisation-wide compliance across UKVI sponsorship, Right to Work, and wider HR/employment obligations.

Youll be the trusted compliance partner for leaders across the organisation safeguarding our Sponsor Licence, elevating our data and processes, and shaping an exceptional, compliant colleague experience.

About the role
Sponsor Licence Leadership
* Act as Key Contact and Level 1 User, ensuring full licence compliance.
* Oversee SMS administration, notifiable events, and key personnel updates.
* Manage CoS allocations, SOC code accuracy, salary/allowance checks, and documentation.
Immigration Compliance & Ethical Recruitment
1. Maintain audit-ready Appendix D evidence across recruitment and employment changes.
2. Lead Home Office compliance readiness and internal audit programmes.
