Job Title: Senior Care Assistant
Please note: This role is for full-time hours, 33 hours per week, on days, working over a seven-day rota on an 8-8 shift basis.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know residents and their families to ensure personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and influence your team positively. Your tasks may include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, or communicating with families, always with kindness.
You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication. Maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships are key responsibilities.
Ideal candidates will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent and be willing to work towards Level 3. Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care knowledge is preferred. A positive attitude, good record-keeping, effective time management, and considerate communication are essential.
