What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging, inclusive and innovative teaching, learning and assessment.
* Support, guide and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
* Lead and coordinate a delivery team, ensuring consistent course information.
* Shape and develop a curriculum that meets local and regional skills needs.
* Design course resources and handbooks that promote clear understanding of objectives, assessment criteria and progression routes.
About You
* Qualified lecturer or teacher with a passion for student success.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Proactive, creative approach to teaching and curriculum design.
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire learning.
