MIG Welder (Part-Time, Potential Full-Time)
We are currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in a busy manufacturing environment. This position will start as part-time, with the potential to become full-time based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform MIG welding on various metal components

* Follow safety standards and procedures at all times
* Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines
Requirements:
* Proven experience in MIG welding (essential)
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing environment
* Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious
* Reliability and a good work ethic
Working Hours:
* Flexible hours between 07:15 and 16:15
* Part-time to start, with opportunity for full-time based on performance
Pay:
* Starting from £12.30 per hour, depending on experience
