What it's like to work here Your contractual location will be our office spaces within the Hughenden estate and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. You'll be part of a virtual team across the South East, connecting with other Business Services Coordinators across the Region. What you'll be doing We are looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way. The role will cover a variety of functions including providing diary support to at least one of our Assistant Directors, providing onsite archiving and office management across 2 office spaces at Hughenden, and supporting Properties with purchasing. You’ll want to help others to the best of your ability. You’ll always champion standard process when it comes to administrative support and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
