Job Description
Trinity House Group are partnering with a long standing client to add 3 Finance Business Partners to their growing finance function. This is a well-established, multi-entity organisation looking to recruit three Finance Business Partners into a high-performing and forward-thinking finance function, due to growth. These roles offer the chance to work in a truly commercial capacity, partnering closely with operational stakeholders to drive performance, challenge thinking, and influence key decisions. You’ll be joining at an exciting time, with a clear focus on improving efficiency, enhancing insight, and supporting long-term strategic objectives. Reporting into a highly accomplished Head of FP&A, with a direct line into an engaging and well-regarded Finance Director, you will receive excellent exposure, mentorship, and genuine progression opportunities, making this a unique opportunity for candidates who are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with post qualification experience. As a Finance Business Partner, you will:
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to bring clarity to financial performance and support better decision-making
* Turn complex data into clear, commercially relevant insight that people can actually use
* Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term planning for your area
* Produce insightful monthly reporting that highlights what really matters - not just the numbers, but the story behind them
* Provide constructive challenge, helping drive accountability and better outcomes across the business
* Support key investment decisions and initiatives focused on improving performance and efficiency
* Play an active role in maintaining a strong financial control environment, including involvement in month-end and balance sheet reviews
We’re after commercially minded finance professionals who enjoy working closely with the business and making an impact:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Experience in a role where you’ve partnered with stakeholders or operated in a commercially focused finance position
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and work with data confidently
* Someone who communicates well, builds relationships easily, and isn’t afraid to challenge when needed
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
* A questioning mindset — someone who looks beyond the numbers, challenges the “why,” and is always thinking about how things could be done better
What’s on Offer?
* Salary of £55,000 – £70,000 + competitive benefits package
* Hybrid working model
* Clear progression pathway within an established business with continued growth
* Exposure to senior leadership, including Head of FP&A and Finance Director
* Opportunity to play a key role in driving business performance and strategic direction
* Collaborative, supportive, and high-performing finance team
If you’re looking for a role where you can truly add value, influence decisions, and accelerate your career within a strong leadership environment, this is an excellent opportunity to consider.
