Salary Supervisor
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Windsor Depot, SL4 4LR

What will you be doing?
* Overseeing health and safety compliance and supervising street cleaning operations
* Managing staff, ensuring policies are followed, and supporting training and development
* Maintaining vehicles and equipment, and monitoring performance standards
* Deputising for the Manager and adapting to special events or emergencies
* Liaising with admin, overseeing subcontractors, and representing the company positively
What are we looking for?
* Local area knowledge and the ability to use small machines (training provided)
* Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Good timekeeping, communication, and customer service skills
* Willingness to work in all conditions and complete required training
