What you will do
1. An experienced professional who is responsible for applying scientific, clinical, healthcare knowledge to provide solutions that meet customers needs.
2. As a member of team, demonstrates expertise to deliver research studies, analysis, presentations and reports on moderately complex customer engagements.
3. Introduces innovative research collection and analysis methodologies on external customer engagements with full autonomy.
4. Work involves using specialized skills sufficient to interpret data/ instructions and applying the relevant research techniques, methodologies with wide discretion.
5. Recommends and implements improvements in research techniques.
6. Possesses solid Life science/pharma industry knowledge in reference to creating project and client related research materials.
7. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality solutions are presented to the customer
8. Responsible for on-the-job mentoring, around key role competencies

Required Experience
14. A Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering, biology, agronomy, statistics, pharmacy, or similar
15. Minimum 4 years’ experience in delivering high quality project management in Life Sciences (Market Research preferably)
16. Experience of data manipulation, analysis and visualsation softwares and approaches such as DisplayR, Apex, IDL, DB actions, notebooks
Preferred Experience
17. Oncology and/or rare disease focus desired
18. Passionate about understanding client objectives and linking data back to their central question
19. Excellent project team management skills
20. Ability to identify and solve moderately complex, non-routine problems that require integration of knowledge and standards
21. Enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment while juggling multiple priorities
