Temporary Reception/Administrator - 3-Month Contract

\nLocation: City of London (Office-based Tuesday to Thursday, with the option for 5 days)
\nHours: 9:00am - 6:00pm

We are working with a leading law firm seeking a Reception/Administrator to join them on a temporary basis for 3 months, starting on 7th July. This role is to provide essential support during their office relocation and will primarily focus on back-office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n
Managing internal bookings and reservationsSupporting the team with administrative tasks related to the office moveAssisting with facilities operations and day-to-day tasksProviding cover on the switchboard as needed (experience preferred)Requirements:

\n\n
Experience with EMS (Event Management System) is essentialPrevious admin or reception experience, ideally in a law firmStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident handling switchboard duties This role will be based in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility for candidates who prefer to work Monday to Friday.
