Your Day:to:Day Impact:
* Ignite Curiosity: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, creative, and age:appropriate EYFS lessons.
* Targeted Support: Work 1:on:1 or with small groups to boost literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
* Create Magic Spaces: Help design an inclusive, exciting, and safe classroom where children feel confident to explore.
* Track the Journeys: Observe childrens progress and collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to ensure no child is left behind.
* Build Lifelong Skills: Nurture the social, emotional, and physical development of young learners.
What We Are Looking For:
* Qualifications: A Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience: Proven experience working with young children within an EYFS setting.
* Knowledge: A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development phases.
* Traits: Excellent communication skills, a patient and proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for early years education.
