Driving and Mobility
* Driving Requirement (Essential): Full UK Driving Licence is essential. Staff must use their own car for work purposes and hold business insurance.
* You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
Qualifications and Eligibility Notes
* You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care; this is not deemed equivalent.
* Candidates with only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.
* You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available.
* Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
Salary and Working Arrangements
* Salary: £24,454.04 (37 hours equivalent).
* Working Hour: Rotas-based (early & late shifts, weekends, sleep-ins).
* Hourly Rate: Not stated.
* Number of Sleeps Required: Sleep-ins are required.
* Pay Per Sleep: £40 per sleep-in (any time woken is paid in addition).
