Role: French Administrator
Location: Brighton (with some hybrid working possible)
Hours: Full time
Pay: £28,000 per annum + bonus
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a French Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients in Brighton. Working primarily on the phone, you will reach out to third parties worldwide to initiate the referencing process and gather information about individuals we are screening.

The Requirements:
* Fluent in French & English
* 1+ years' experience in an office-based or customer service role
* Naturally inquisitive and able to demonstrate initiative
* Active listener who can articulate thoughts and communicate effectively (written and verbal)
* Professional and confident on the phone; able to manage challenging and complex conversations
* Thorough and meticulous in approach
* Positive and dynamic when working with changes in both process and workload
* IT literate with the capacity to learn and work with new systems
The Role:
* Establish contact with employers and institutions using data provided by the candidate
* Request educational, professional, and employment verifications from HR departments and student records teams, over the phone and by email
* Initiate checks including ID verification, directorship, and financial searches
