Role overview
This is an entry-level position for someone keen to start a career in fintech in a client-facing role. You will provide high-quality customer care to a range of clients, using your German and English language skills to support the wider team and ensure an excellent client experience.
Key responsibilities
1. Act as a first point of contact for clients, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner
2. Handle inbound calls and other communications in German, then relay and document information in English for non-German-speaking colleagues
3. Translate client needs and queries clearly and accurately between German and English
4. Build strong relationships with clients by providing friendly, efficient, and solution-focused support
5. Work closely with internal teams (such as Sales, Recoveries, and Analytics) to resolve issues and follow up on client requests
