Cover Supervisor - Doncaster

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis across a trust of secondary schools in the Doncaster area.
This is an excellent opportunity for confident, reliable individuals who are passionate about education and enjoy working in a variety of school settings. The role is ideal for aspiring teachers, experienced cover supervisors, or those with strong classroom management skills looking for flexible work.
The Role:
1. Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
2. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
3. Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning
4. Work across multiple schools within a supportive academy trust
5. Provide continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff
What We're Looking For:
6. Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
7. Strong communication and classroom management skills
8. A flexible, professional approach and ability to adapt quickly
9. A genuine interest in education and supporting student progress
10. Eligibility to work in the UK
11. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
