Randstad CPE is looking to onboard a temporary Site Manager - Assistant to support the daily execution and supervision of the construction work on a large-scale residential site.
* Job Title: Assistant Site Manager -Residential
* Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
* Contract: Temporary
* Pay Rate: £200.00- £250.00 Day Rate
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations and supervision of the construction site.
* Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team to maintain project timelines.
* Conducting site inspections and resolving any issues that arise.
* Upholding health and safety regulations.
We are looking for:
* A proven track record as an Assistant Site Manager on residential developments.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety protocols.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proactive, results-oriented.
* Valid CSCS card, SMSTS.
