We are seeking confident and driven individuals to join our Field Sales Representatives team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2. Previous sales experience is not required; we look for individuals who thrive in a target-driven role.
Come rain or shine, you will meet prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our products and services. We offer in-depth training upon joining, enabling you to have quality conversations from the start and setting you up for success.
Our hours range from 16 to 30 hours per week for part-time roles and 37.5 hours for full-time. Work hours are between 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm once in the field.
Training:
During the first 3 weeks, you must attend your assigned office between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a mix of self-led learning and an in-office induction with your manager. (Part-time employees must commit to this for the first 3 weeks before reverting to your agreed hours).
