We are currently recruiting for :- Performance Centre Administrator
This is a role that will provide excellent opportunities as the company grows and we are looking for someone that can grow into the role as the business expands.
If you have the ability to contribute to the team and want to help promote our Company values, are able to be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional.
Role Specifications:
· Actioning daily emails and general communication.
· Answering inbound calls from clients and staff
· Data entry on Microsoft and bespoke in-house systems.
· Completion of any administration tasks required daily.
· To adhere to all Company processes, policies and procedures.
· Respond to any client feedback in a professional and timely manner.
· Respect the confidentiality of ESUK and the client.
Skills required:
· Customer service skills are paramount to this role
· Excellent data entry skills, you must be quick, efficient and above all highly accurate.
· Attention to detail is paramount in the role.
· Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
· You must be well organised and be able to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a bigger team.
· You must be confident with the use of Microsoft Office based applications and with Excel in particular.
Working Hours for Role
· 09:00 – 14:30 Monday – Wednesday
· 08:30 – 14:30 Thursday & Friday
· 28.5 hours per week
* Competitive Salary: £24,500 pro rata per annum
