As Senior R&D Engineer, you will play a key role in driving product innovation and managing projects from concept through to installation. Duties: Lead the design and development of new products Manage projects across the full lifecycle from concept to delivery Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide expert input and support Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timelines are met Review and approve designs, resolving technical challenges Support and mentor junior engineers within the design team Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business Requirements: Degree-qualified in Engineering or significant design experience (3-5years ) in a manufacturing environment Strong background in product development and CAD design Experience managing engineering projects Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience working with Screening equipement highly desirable Experience with SolidWorks or Pro/Engineer would be advantageous.
