What you’ll be doing…
Your key responsibilities as the Marketing Manager include:
* Collaborating with interdepartmental stakeholders to produce innovative food and non-food customer experience solutions to drive profitability, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
* Managing divisional brand image to ensure promotional materials deliver a consistent, professional customer experience aligned with corporate and budget goals.
* Working with the Promotions Manager to develop effective customer experience solutions in line with the marketing calendar and menu frameworks.
* Keeping up-to-date with customer and competitor insights to identify new opportunities and maintain marketing leadership.
* Partnering with senior operations teams to implement marketing solutions for specific projects to increase participation and spending.
* Understanding current food trends to develop concepts from initial idea to launch and refresh.
* Providing training and coaching to site-based teams or trainers as needed.
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 / 40 hours per week
What can you bring?
We are looking for a candidate with:
* A degree or equivalent qualification, preferably CIM, with experience managing a brand.
* Experience in contract catering or foodservice marketing.
* Knowledge of the care catering, hospitality, or service industry with a passion for customer experience.
* Experience with digital and social media platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills.
* Confidence in presenting to diverse audiences.
