About the Role
Paysafe is currently looking for a Relationship Manager, Online Trading. The Relationship Manager will report directly to the VP Online Trading and will be responsible for providing top-tier service to Paysafe CFD/FX/Online Trading merchant accounts, building long-term relationships to grow and optimize existing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a solid understanding of Paysafe Group’s products, including Acquiring, Digital Wallets, and other payment solutions.
2. Provide professional support and service to merchant accounts, including complex projects and integrations.
3. Understand each merchant’s business model to promote and upsell Paysafe’s solutions effectively.
4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop support strategies for merchants.
5. Achieve revenue targets through relationship management and strategic support.
6. Monitor processing activities, communicate trends, and conduct account review meetings.
7. Communicate industry rules, security, compliance, and product updates clearly to merchants.
8. Coordinate with internal departments to respond to merchant inquiries and feedback.
9. Provide market insights to inform future marketing and product strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years of experience in online payments.
2. Experience in account management, relationship management, or sales, especially in CFD/FX/Online Trading.
3. Willingness to travel for client meetings.
4. Strong customer focus, with a proven track record of growing merchant portfolios and exceeding revenue targets.
5. Strategic thinking and ability to identify new opportunities.
6. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
8. Experience in proposal drafting and client presentations is advantageous.
