Responsibilities
* Supporting the HR Manager with the day to day management of the HR function
* Managing recruitment process from instigation stage through to appointment
* Overseeing HR compliance, right to work checks, reference checks and DBS checks
* Maintaining accurate and up to date staff records ensuring all changes are recorded
* Handling ER issues, dealing with disciplinary and grievance cases
* Ensuring HR processes and procedures are in line with legal requirements
