Your new role
As a Weekend Supported Housing Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support and housing management to individuals with a history of rough sleeping andplex needs. Working across four dispersed units, you’ll help clients maintain their tenancies and progress towards independent living. You’ll collaborate closely with the weekday Support Worker to ensure continuity of care and support for an average caseload of four clients. This role will be based at the weekend and is part-time, 12 hours per week, £8,075 per year (full-time equivalent £25,235).
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver holistic assessments and develop tailored support plans.
-Provide advice, information, and signposting to relevant services.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
-Track referrals and monitor client oues.
-Promote client involvement and feedback in service delivery.
-Ensure the safe day-to-day running of the service, including health and safety.
-Participate in an on-call rota (additional £100 per week when on-call).
What you'll need to succeed
-Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or individuals withplex needs and challenging behaviours.
-Strongmunication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business insurance required).
