The Role:
Our Nights Duty Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the hotels front desk. This role includes managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, maintaining security, and responding to guest needs professionally and efficiently. This role plays a key part in optimising guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and supporting operational efficiency during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent guest service by warmly welcoming guests and addressing their needs.
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
Maintain security by monitoring access to the hotel and ensuring guest safety.
Communicate clearly with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
Manage guest reservations, billing, and payments accurately.
Prepare and submit night audit reports and other required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Participate in team training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
