We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in social housing and reactive/planned maintenance to support a busy repairs programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected contractor delivering essential housing services across Devon and Somerset.
This is a temporary position until Christmas.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage cost control across responsive and planned repair contracts
* Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Liaise with operational teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
* Ensure commercial compliance and reporting accuracy
* Support contract mobilisation or close-out as required
Requirements
* Experience in social housing projects
* HNC or relevant degree
* DBS check will be required
