Job description:
Base Location: Western House, Buttershaw, Bradford
Working Hours: 10am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary and benefits: £14,893 - £17,459 actual salary (pro-rated due to reduced hours) + bonus, pension, life assurance, holiday pay including bank holidays and other non-contractual benefits
Purpose of the role:
Deliver an efficient and diverse Workplace Experience Service function (Reception, Helpdesk and Mail room services all under one role)
First point of contact for all building users, visitors, and contractors for both physical attendance and internal portal / Samanage and email requests.
Key accountabilities, specific to the role:
1. To act as the prime facilitator for all reported issues/concerns and queries between all parties. (Building Control Team, Contractors, Visitors, and building users)
2. Coordinate internal and external resources as necessary
3. Manage all site booking in/out protocols, including induction processes for visitors/contractors attending site
4. Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner; determine the purpose of the call; take ownership of queries and provide correct information
