We are looking for a Costs Draftsman/Lawyer to join our Court of Protection/Public Law & Human Rights costs team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, ambitious individual to join a growing national team. You\'ll be involved in the preparation of Bills of Costs for both SCCO/LAA assessment, as well as inter partes Bills with subsequent costs negotiation and litigation. You will interact with clients, provide advice and take instructions throughout the case, and you will provide technical support to case handlers. You may also be involved in training junior members of the team.
Minimum two years\' experience working either in house or for an external supplier of costs drafting services is preferred.
