Employment Basis : Part-time 3 days per week Salary: £21,000 to £27,000 per annum (Pro-Rata equivalent to £35k to £45k) Location: Remote Main Purpose: This role is to take the lead on all KTAs IT requirements. Including, but not limited to; developing, maintaining, updating and supervising the website, CRM system and phone system. Additionally, to protect, safeguard and provide general support and troubleshooting solutions to KTA hardware and software applications, including, but not limited to: laptops, Pandadocs, Make and Microsoft 365 accounts/packages. Collate and provide accurate data/reports to SMT and SLT. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: CRM Management: o Data inputting into the CRM system. Coordinating reports and managing overall data within the CRM. o Company-Wide Report Management Support: Creating, formatting, and distributing company-wide reports. Online Presence Support: Creating and maintaining the company website and social media profiles. Cyber Essentials Accreditation: o Collaborating with external consultants to ensure the company meets necessary cyber essentials accreditations. Data Capture via Online Survey Systems: Supporting data collection through various online survey platforms. Online Course Technical Support: Providing technical assistance for online courses offered by the company. Support for Various Teams: Assisting the Traineeship, Study Programme, AEB, and commercial sales teams with various IT-related needs. Website Support, Maintenance, and Design: Managing, updating, and potentially redesigning the company's website. Newsletter Distribution and Creation: Supporting the creation and distribution of newsletters. Company Contact Database Management: Designing, updating, and maintaining the company's contact database. Monitoring IT Trends: Keeping abreast of new IT trends and developments to ensure the company remains up-to-date. Automation of Processes: Creating systems to automate routine or generic processes & specific need processes for increased efficiency. Device Repair and Maintenance: Providing ad hoc support to fix devices when needed. Process Streamlining: Working on streamlining and optimizing existing processes within the company. IT Resource Support for New Employees: Providing necessary IT resources and support for new employees. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analysing CRM and other data to generate insights and create comprehensive reports for management. IT Security Management: Assisting in implementing and maintaining security pro SEO Optimization: Optimising website content for search engines to improve online visibility and traffic. Vendor Management: Liaising with IT vendors and managing relationships to ensure smooth service delivery. Integration of New Technologies: Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to propose their integration into existing systems for increased efficiency or functionality. Collaboration Tool Management: Supporting the setup, management, and optimization of collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) for efficient communication and teamwork. Troubleshooting and Help Desk Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees encountering IT-related issues. Quality Assurance Testing: Performing testing and quality assurance checks on IT systems, websites, or applications to identify and resolve issues. Skills/qualifications: Knowledge of Data and Computer Systems: Demonstrated understanding of data structures, databases, and computer systems architecture. Desire to Learn New Data Systems and Processes: Eagerness and openness to grasp and adapt to new data systems, technologies, and evolving processes within the field. IT Skills: Proficiency in various IT areas such as system administration, troubleshooting, software applications, and network management. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to drive decision-making and system improvements.
