Role Expectations
We are seeking dedicated, motivated team players to join us as Social Workers in line with the Care Act. Our Social Workers are vital in supporting individuals to develop creative and innovative solutions to meet their desired outcomes.

Candidate Requirements
* CQSW/CSS/Diploma/Degree in Social Work or equivalent (Essential)
* Social Work England Registration (Essential)
* Enhanced DBS check and Adults Barred List (Essential)
* Knowledge of Social Work statutory and policy frameworks (Essential)
* Effective communication skills with clients and families
* Adaptability to change and positive influence on service improvements
* Understanding of multidisciplinary and integrated working approaches
* Ability to conduct assessments and support planning in accordance with legislation
* Energetic, enthusiastic, sensitive, and resilient demeanor
* Self-motivated with a passion for adult social care
* Resilience in personal stress management
