As a Technical Support, you will be working for EWIS.
What the role entails
* Processing inbound and outbound calls
* Achieving Key Performance Indicators
* Adhering to internal and external customer SLAs
* Providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships
* Maintaining a professional telephone manner
* Allocating work to field agents with guidance
* Managing client accounts
* Having in-depth technical knowledge of EWIS processes and procedures
* Performing to high standards using own initiative
* Operating in accordance with ISO Quality & Security Systems
* Following company policies and procedures, including GDPR, Health & Safety, and Social Media policies
* Producing high-quality written communication for internal and external use
* Achieving standards in service and quality audits
* Liaising with Field Force
Any other duties as allocated by management
