The space that they operate in requires them to hire some of the smartest minds from around the world!This newly created Global Benefits Manager role will report directly into the Senior Leadership team and give you than chance to fully own and lead the Benefits strategy Globally. The successful candidate will set out to build and develop a market-leading benefits and well-being programme to support employees across nine geographies (and counting!) and enhance the firms abilities to attract and retain top talent across the world.Working pattern: Our client operates with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days a week in the office.In this exciting new role, you will expect to:Build on and further develop a world class benefits programme for all employees across EMEA and APACLiaise with global benefits brokers to: oversee all contracts & renewals, update current plans and design new benefits for new and existing locations.Lead on employee value proposition through benchmarking, research and developing recommendations for new and innovative offerings.Look to continuously improve programmes and revolutionise the offerings to employeesPartner with global HR Leaders and country CEO's to ensure consistency in the the offerings and tailoring benefits for local needs.What we're looking for:Extensive global benefits knowledge across healthcare, insurance, pensions to voluntary and flexible benefitsA background of working in an innovative organisation that have an employee-centric approach with a global presence.Strong experience in the design and implementation of a successful well being and benefits programme.Deeply analytical and experienced in utilising large data sets and tracking metricsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of stakeholdersForward thinking, employee-centric and commercial approach to benefits with the ability to use your experience to drive change.A note on Applicant ExperienceWe recognise how challenging this current job market is for candidates, and Hawkwood are therefore striving to provide the best candidate experience we can.If you are interested in this opportunity, we kindly request that you apply via this LinkedIn advert, as opposed to sending us an email or LinkedIn direct message.
