Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Indian Chef / Curry Chef/ Tandoori with over 20 years of expertise in authentic Indian cuisine, specializing in curries, tandoor, regional dishes, and modern Indian gastronomy. The candidate will be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, staff training, and delivering consistently high-quality dishes to maintain the restaurants reputation for excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesCulinary Expertise
* Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian curries and traditional dishes with consistency and precision.
* Mastery of North Indian, South Indian, Mughlai, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Goan, and fusion Indian cuisines.
* Expert knowledge of tandoor cooking, breads (naan, roti, paratha), biryanis, vegetarian/vegan dishes, and regional specialties.
* Innovate and introduce new recipes and seasonal menus while preserving authenticity.
* Ensure food is cooked to the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
