Administrator – Engineering / Manufacturing Location: Crewe An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a growing engineering and manufacturing environment. In this job, you will support the Controls, Automation & Monitoring team with a wide range of administrative duties, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities for the Administrator job: Provide day-to-day administrative support across the department Process orders and update information within internal CRM systems Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email Check stock availability and follow up with suppliers on outstanding items Handle logistics queries and provide timely updates Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner Maintain accurate records, systems, and databases Assist with general office duties as required Requirements for the Administrator job: Previous experience in an administrative role Ideally some exposure to an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Experience using CRM systems (desirable) Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively This job offers a great opportunity to develop within a supportive team and gain exposure to a technical, fast-moving environment.
