SEN Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to a child with high needs, including sensory needs, non-verbal communication, and personal care. Assist in achieving learning and development targets for the child. Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals to create an inclusive, supportive environment. Foster an environment that promotes the child's independence and engagement in learning. Implement personalised strategies for communication, behaviour management, and sensory support. Requirements: Passionate about working inclusively with children with additional needs. Experience supporting children with
SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and non-verbal communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable providing personal care and supporting sensory needs.
