Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Sales Director in day-to-day operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and ensuring smooth execution of sales and marketing-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Reporting & Analysis

* Compile and distribute Daily Sales Figures.
* Prepare the Daily Sales Report, including:
* Previous day's call statistics
* Meetings held and outcomes
* New opportunities raised
* Quotes issued
* Sales orders processed
* Summary of new opportunities
* Track progress on existing opportunities and flag any delays or issues.

Customer & CRM Management

* Conduct Customer Profile Reviews and follow up on action items.
* Monitor Customer Spend and quote activity.
* Perform CRM reviews per customer to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Sales Operations Support

* Review and report on Technical Sales Director (TAD) activity.
* Attend sales meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on assigned actions.
* Manage the Sales Director's inbox, prioritising and flagging key communications.
* Organise and monitor KPI distribution, ensuring timely updates and tracking.
* Schedule and coordinate quarterly reviews with the for all sales and technical staff.
* Maintain and update the Sales Figures – Commit tracker.
* Be accountable for the Sales Deals Sheet, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Marketing Collaboration

* Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaign planning and execution.
* Assist in coordinating marketing activities aligned with sales objectives.
* Track campaign performance and ensure timely follow-ups with the sales team.

General PA Duties

* Diary management and meeting scheduling.
* Travel arrangements and expense processing.
* Document preparation and filing.
* Liaising with internal departments and external clients.
* Handling confidential information with discretion.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven experience in a PA or administrative role, ideally within a sales and marketing environment.

* Advance Excel skills

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
