You will work in a supportive team, have the flexibility of hybrid working, and contribute to meaningful change across the organisation. What you will be doing:
1. Provide trusted, practical HR advice to managers and employees
2. Manage and support a variety of ER cases
3. Support restructures, TUPE and organisational change
4. Coach managers to build confidence and capability
5. Promote inclusive practices, safeguarding and equality
6. Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
What you will bring:
7. Experience handling ER cases in a busy HR environment
8. A solid understanding of employment law and equality practices
9. Strong communication, coaching and problem solving skills
10. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5)
11. A calm, positive and values driven approach
