CNC Miller
A well-established precision engineering company is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their manufacturing team.
The business produces high-precision components for technically demanding industries and operates a modern, well-equipped machine shop.
This role will involve programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing complex components to tight tolerances while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Role: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Oxfordshire, commutable from Oxford, Didcot, Abingdon, Witney, Banbury & Swindon

Responsibilities
* Program, set and operate CNC milling machines.
* Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings.
* Produce components to tight tolerances.
* Create tooling layouts and setup documentation.
* Inspect completed components using measurement equipment.
* Maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
* Support continuous improvement within the machine shop.
Requirements
* Proven experience programming and operating CNC milling machines.
* Experience with 3, 4 or 5-axis machining.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Experience producing parts to tight tolerances.
* Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
* Positive and reliable approach to work.
Desirable
* Experience with Heidenhain or Fanuc controls.
* Experience machining larger or complex components.
