Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference & Events Co-Ordinator located in Kings Langley. The Conference & Events Co-Ordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, contracting, coordinating with clients and vendors, organizing event logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also oversee event budgets, manage schedules, and handle all event-related inquiries.
Qualifications
* Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Event Planning and Event Management is preferred but not essential
* Strong Organization Skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
* Excellent time-management skills
* Proficiency in event management software is a plus
