At our Manchester Plant, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated Site Maintenance Technician to join our Pampers manufacturing team. The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, daytime hours (typically 07:00 to 15:00).

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Managing construction projects, including writing work permits and supervising contractors, focusing on safety and quality.
* Supporting the facility team in planned maintenance, defect fixing, and small capital projects to improve site operations.
* Executing site facility maintenance as part of the compliance program, including supporting annual shutdown activities.
* Planning project execution, liaising with suppliers, and communicating progress to the site.
* Collaborating with onsite teams (Operations, Safety, Quality) to ensure compliance with business needs.
* Participating in scope development, design reviews, and cost estimations for capital projects, supporting larger initiatives.

Job Qualifications:
* Completed a time-served apprenticeship (Mechanical or Electrical).
* IOSH and relevant permit training (general work permit, working at height, confined space, hot work).
* Experience managing subcontractors.
* Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
* Technical mastery and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently.
