Duties
* Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client preferences
* Assist with front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling and client consultations
* Upsell additional products and services to enhance client experience and maximise sales opportunities
* Support store management tasks, including maintaining cleanliness, organising stock, and ensuring the salon operates smoothly
* Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing expertise in hairdressing techniques and customer service excellence
* Maintain a welcoming environment by delivering outstanding customer service throughout each client visit
* Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to provide innovative solutions
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
* Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client needs
* Ability to mentor junior staff or apprentices effectively
* Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently.
