A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated theatre anaesthetic practitioner to join our theatres as a team leader in anaesthetics. You will specialise as a senior anaesthetic practitioner within both obstetric and gynaecological theatres.
We are looking for forward thinking and highly motivated staff who can take the lead, acting as a role model to junior staff and facilitating new initiatives, change and policy development. Previous obstetric experience is desirable and applicants must have significant theatre experience.
The role advertised has an on‑call requirement and as such please note the below when applying.
Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust operates an On‑Call service to ensure continuous, safe care for patients at Liverpool Women's Hospital. Staff members who are required to participate in the On‑Call rota must be able to attend the hospital within 30 minutes of being called and therefore must live within a travel distance that allows them to reach the hospital within a 30‑minute journey time.
Where this is not possible, individuals may make alternative arrangements to ensure compliance with the 30‑minute requirement, for example temporarily staying with a friend, family member, or in other suitable accommodation located within close proximity to the hospital; any such arrangements would be at the individual’s own expense.
