Head of Marketing Location: Leeds (3 days per week in the office) Salary: Up to £70,000 benefits Our client, a global SaaS business backed by recent investment and entering its next phase of growth, is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead demand generation and drive measurable revenue impact. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for building and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, qualified pipeline, and commercial performance. What you’ll do Develop and deliver integrated demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, and partner channels Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and attribution models to maximise ROI Build and execute a data-driven content and SEO strategy that supports growth objectives Partner closely with Sales to align marketing activity with revenue and pipeline goals Oversee marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to optimise lead quality and conversion Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability What we’re looking for Proven experience leading demand generation in a B2B SaaS or technology business Strong expertise across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic) and automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, etc.) Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and conversion optimisation Demonstrable success delivering qualified pipeline and measurable ROI Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and commercial skills Confident communicator and collaborative leader able to influence across the business Why join?
