We are working in partnership with a globally recognised premium lifestyle brand to find an exceptional Boutique Leader for one of their most iconic locations in a luxury department store. This position provides and opportunity for a passionate manger to lead a team in high-profile setting, delivering an elevated customer experience that blends heritage, innovation, and sustainability. This role is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations and will inspire the team to consistently exceed customer expectations, drive commercial success, and bring the brand's values to life on the shop floor.
The Role:
* Lead, inspire and develop a high performing high-performing boutique team, supporting with training and development and continuously improving the clientelling journey to drive sales.
* Build strong relationships both internally and externally, from cross-functional partners to the host store and local retail community.
* Translate commercial goals into actionable KPIs and strategies, working with the department store to create instore events.
* Create and maintain a culture of premium customer experience, going above and beyond to deliver customer needs, acting as an exemplary ambassador for the brand.
* Plan and execute local events and product launches to increase brand awareness and footfall.
* Ensure full compliance with operational and safety standards.
About You:
* Proven experience in leading teams in a luxury, high-volume retail or premium customer-focused environment.
* A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive results through strategic planning and execution.
* Passionate about customer experience, with an understanding of how to create memorable moments on the shop floor.
* Exceptional people leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to act as a brand ambassador, internally and externally.
