Account Manager – UK (Remote)
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing global SaaS company that provides commerce and operations automation solutions to retailers and brands worldwide. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their EMEA Sales Team, managing strategic clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary contact for key accounts, building long-term partnerships.
* Identify and drive retention, upsell, and portfolio expansion opportunities.
* Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and complex discussions.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans and growth roadmaps.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
* Monitor market trends and client feedback to shape account strategy.
Candidate Profile:
* 3+ years in Account Management or Sales within SaaS or technology.
* Proven track record managing strategic accounts and delivering measurable growth.
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Must be UK-based and eligible to work without sponsorship.
