What You Will Be Doing
As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter you will be responsible for:
Servicing, repairing and maintaining HGVs, LGVs and trailers to DVSA and manufacturer standards
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment as an experienced HGV Mechanic
Completing safety inspections to DVSA standards accurately and efficiently
Maintaining accurate job cards and documentation throughout
Upholding high workshop standards at all times

What You Will Need
To be considered as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, HGV Fitter or Commercial Vehicle Technician you will need:
Proven experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, HGV Fitter or Commercial Vehicle Technician within a commercial vehicle environment
Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
Strong diagnostic and fault finding skills
HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence and IRTEC accreditation (desirable)
