Quality and Compliance Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Quality & Compliance Administrator to support the effective maintenance and coordination of our Quality Management System (QMS), PAS and ISO accreditations, as well as compliance portals such as CHAS and Constructionline.
This role is essential in ensuring our quality and compliance standards are consistently upheld across the business. You will work closely with internal teams and external retrofit professionals, gather and manage compliance documentation, and support audit processes. Experience with QMS is essential, and previous experience within a construction-related environment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Revise, update and reissue QMS documents including processes, procedures, and forms.
* Assist with internal and external audits relating to PAS, ISO and QMS certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, PAS 2030:2023).
* Support the maintenance of compliance with PAS standards, CHAS, and Constructionline.
* Conduct random spot checks alongside the Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to required processes.
* Ensure all compliance records are up to date, accurately maintained, and accessible within the company's cloud system.
* Monitor and administer retrofit coordination projects under PAS 2030:2023, liaising with clients and retrofit professionals where required.
* Maintain an accurate Document Register, ensuring all revisions are controlled and available for inspection.
* Contribute to ongoing development and improvements within quality and compliance functions.
* Perform other duties relevant to the role and its responsibilities.
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven administrative experience with strong organisation and record-keeping skills.
* Essential: Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
* Desirable: Experience in or exposure to the construction sector.
* Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience with ISO standards or relevant qualifications (desirable).
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
